The position requires full-time availability (4-5 days/week at the office for at least 6 months, with 1 day off for studies) and weekend work as needed. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are crucial, along with the ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously. Prior FC Online tournament participation is a plus. Passion for football and a desire to grow in the gaming industry are vital; FCO experience is highly advantageous.
