Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic Esports Strategist to propel the growth and success of their partner ecosystem. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing the digital product portfolio and providing strategic insights for international leagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of esports digital products, collaborating closely with the game and esports teams.

• Serve as the primary liaison between game development and partner teams, ensuring the seamless production and timely delivery of high-quality digital goods.

• Partner with teams to craft and implement marketing campaigns that boost the performance and appeal of digital products.

• Conduct thorough analyses of digital goods' performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and devising strategies to enhance revenue.

• Offer strategic consultation to international leagues, fostering the growth of individual leagues and the broader esports ecosystem.

• Provide data-driven insights and analytics support to international leagues, contributing to strategic initiatives.

• Work with the Strategy team to develop, prioritize, and execute project plans that align with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience in roles such as Strategist, Analyst, Producer, or Product Manager.

• Proven project management expertise and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.

• Experience in product development or management, with robust data analytical skills.

• In-depth understanding of the esports industry.

Desired Experience

• Background in sports or esports.

• Experience in business operations consulting or financial management.

• Familiarity with creative or game production environments.

• Experience in a cross-functional, matrix organization.
