Digital and Technology(D&T) in Haleon is responsible for partnering with the business to Transform the business through Technology, IT and Data; building and operating digital platforms, which are secure, reliable and underpinning everything we do across the

We are looking for an experienced transformational HR technology leader, to lead HR systems, products and platforms across Haleon. The core platform is Workday, but there are a complex multitude of other systems used to support the global Function. We seek a leader with the skills to transform Haleon’s HR technology landscape, orientate it to excellent employee experience and eliminate process friction. The successful candidate will partner with HR Business Services,
Global Process Owners, HR Leaders, HR COEs and employees to define the strategy, transformation and operating of core products and platforms
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following…
Take global responsibility for the delivery of all HR, Legal & Compliance applications, optimized for scalability, resilience, capacity & cost. Responsible for the complete product lifecycle – including testing and optimisation with a data led approach to continual review, refinement and improvement.
Lead a globally distributed team with multiple touch points around the globe, including India, Poland, and UK. Responsible for engagement with partners as well as internal stakeholders.
Accountable for ensuring all applications supporting the business are compliant with internal security, risk management policies and practices, external regulatory and statutory requirements e.g. GxP, SOx and that IT continuity plans are in place for all business-critical applications.
Acts as trusted advisor to HR, Legal, & Compliance business units and 3rd party partners on all matters of the corporate technology, software development, and project delivery. Communicates regularly with key stakeholders (within Tech and Bus/Functions), to collect and share feedback, and ensures that business users within Human Resources, Legal, & Compliance business units are engaged and supportive of direction.
Accountable for HR, Legal, & Compliance product budget and resourcing, ensuring on time delivery that meet quality parameters, third-party selection and engagement, and relevant internal and external audits. Reviews and manages resource assignments based on project priorities; support project leads with determining accurate estimates for project planning.
Conducts feasibility studies and provide recommendations for software systems to purchase or build, based on requirements of HR, Legal, & Compliance users. Stays abreast of industry trends to proactively identify areas for growth, improvement, and development with the capability to implement industry best practices.

Deep HR Platform and functional knowledge, with HR technology transformation expertise in a major corporate
A proven track record in simplifying technology and architecture landscapes, with a focus on HR processes and systems which are employee and user experience focused.
A deep knowledge of Workday and employee centric HR plaforms and technology
High levels of leadership EQ – capable of communicating and partnering with all levels of the organisation from the Executive Team through to junior engineers. Powerful communicator.
An ability to mobilise and energise technology teams who are globally distributed.
