Job Description

The Head of Marketing, LATAM will lead all marketing efforts across Latin America. Responsibilities include social media content creation, media relations, event management (including travel), managing corporate merchandise, acting as a marketing liaison for partner studios, supporting the commercial team with content, presentations, and sales processes, and providing logistical support. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, organized marketing generalist fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, with proven copywriting skills and strong relationship-building abilities. Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.

Job Details

Are you a dynamic and result driven marketing leader with a passion for driving growth and innovation? We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts across LATAM.

Your responsibilities:

  • Drafting, editing and posting social media content targeted at LatAm customers of Bragg and iGaming media
  • Liaising with LatAm media and agencies
  • Organizing and managing Bragg’s presence at industry events, such as trade fairs and conferences, in LatAm & the US. Including travel, from time to time, to manage events on location
  • Ownership of Bragg’s corporate merchandise and gifts, including arranging distribution within the LatAm region to corporate events and to Bragg’s customers
  • Acting as a marketing point of contact for Bragg’s partner game studios in LatAm
  • Supporting Bragg’s commercial team with content and product presentations, and sales processes such as RFPs
  • Supporting the wider marketing team with projects such as implementing new marketing systems or websites
  • Supporting Bragg’s commercial team with reservations for restaurants, hospitality events, meeting rooms and other travel and logistical support as required


What you bring to the team:

  • Highly motivated, highly organized and able to work independently, since this role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer who is based in the United Kingdom
  • Must be a marketing generalist, a problem solver who enjoys working across a variety of different marketing and communications disciplines
  • Fluent Portuguese, Spanish and English required, both written and spoken
  • Ability to write in a variety of styles, from social media posts to editorial to playful product copy
  • Proven experience of copywriting, with published examples such as press releases, news articles, company profiles, blog posts, social media accounts or presentations available to review
  • Proactive and curious mindset, with the appetite to learn our multi-faceted business inside out, and to become our marketing expert for Brazil and the LatAm region
  • Strong people skills, able to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders of different levels of seniority, different personality types and different cultures
  • Willingness to travel for industry events in the LatAm region, and occasionally to Bragg’s offices or events in the US or Europe as required
  • Experience with graphics editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and/or Figma welcome
  • Knowledge of and/or previous experience working in the iGaming industry is not a requirement, but is an advantage
