The HR Growth Partner will play a crucial role in scaling the company's talent development efforts while ensuring that employees have a clear path to growth and success. This individual will focus on aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving organizational growth through people initiatives
• Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and growth to support organizational goals.
• Collaborate with Team Leads to identify learning and development needs, creating personalized development plans that promote continuous employee growth.
• Lead performance management processes, providing coaching and feedback to ensure employees reach their full potential.
• Build and maintain a high level of employee engagement by developing programs and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
• Partner with Team Leaders to understand business objectives and align HR initiatives to support these goals.
• Identify critical roles and develop succession plans to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for leadership positions.
• Support management in driving change initiatives and preparing employees for organizational transitions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/ behavioural science/psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a strategic HR Business Partner or Growth Partner role.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of how HR can drive business results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in HR software, talent management systems, and HR analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Israeli labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in a high-growth or scaling company - advantage
• Strong project management skills.
• Coaching certification or background in talent development.
• Required – Experience with growing startup companies.
