We are currently seeking an IT System Analyst for a global healthcare organization, the largest integrated, not-for-profit medical group in the world, located in Rochester, MN (fully remote). This is a 7-12 month contract opportunity offering a chance to be part of meaningful healthcare IT projects.

As an IT System Analyst, you’ll contribute to key IT initiatives by managing project go-lives, troubleshooting, process improvement, change control, and providing end-user training. You will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow to ensure seamless project execution and operational efficiency across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a renowned healthcare leader committed to providing top-quality care to all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage multiple medium to large-scale internal IT business projects from start to finish, ensuring resource management, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and change control are effectively handled.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and the implementation of new business services, working closely with business and IT teams.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training programs, ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Foster clear communication between business stakeholders, IT leadership, and vendors to keep all parties aligned on project objectives.
  • Contribute to refining and enhancing project methodologies, tools, and templates to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Track and report on department activities, project metrics, and performance measurements to key stakeholders.
  • Interact with IT vendors to interpret technical requirements and ensure services are delivered as per specifications.
  • Lead or support process and quality improvement efforts across business operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • ServiceNow expertise (required)
  • Strong background in change control and risk mitigation
  • Experience with process improvement and end-user training
  • Ability to create business cases and develop proposals
  • Proficient in quality assurance, documentation, and metrics reporting
  • Experience working as a systems analyst in a complex IT environment
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of technology or business administration experience

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week, and the assignment must last a minimum of 10 weeks.
