The position also involves community activation across social platforms (tournaments, competitions), conducting user research (FGD/IDI), supporting game operation projects (payment tests, localization), and possessing a deep understanding of the gaming industry in the Philippines. Proficiency in Filipino and English is essential, along with strong social media and digital marketing skills.
