Job Description

L&D Specialist will hold up the development of all talent, communication, and training initiatives, keeping the vital service needs for the Media vertical, transversal to Latam and the US. Contact different areas and have strategic leadership vision and tactical support in standardizing best practices that align with brand goals. An L&D Specialist with a focus on Media, can establish a solid relationship with our business and internal partners across all levels and functions and manage, lead, and develop internal teams.

Responsibilities & Functions:

 

  • Assume accountability and ownership of the training sourcing program such as Academy, Media Camp, and internal upskilling.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures for the training initiatives.
  • Coordinate the design, structure, launch, monitoring, and monthly reports of the L&D initiatives per cycle.
  • Provide training program status and keep contact with different stakeholders.
  • Boost and promote a constant learning environment.
  • Design, create, lead, support, and promote career paths per vertical
  • Support the definition and standardization of topics, content, partners, and platforms that integrally strengthen people's fundamental and vertical skills.
  • Promote a high-performance environment that develops and motivates the Media team.
  • Develop initiatives that promote internal training.
  • Lead, support, and coordinate external and internal Learning events.
  • Guarantee SLAs based on PGD’s Processes and standards according to the business cycle.
  • Track program results and KPIs.
  • Serve as a point of escalation among Media leads to help drive successful relationships with the Talent team.
  • Identify and attend to the team’s needs, opportunities, and successes to expand and scale the training initiatives.
  • Support the P.A.R.I.S L&D report.

  • Language Level:

    •  B2

    Education:

    •  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communication, or any relevant field.

    Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience leading projects and initiatives.
  • 2+ years of experience in Media projects
