Regular maintenance of computers and laptops to ensure optimal performance;
Constantly monitor the condition of equipment and perform necessary updates;
Order new equipment and necessary hardware to meet operational needs;
Install and configure operating systems, including Mac and Windows;
Perform various system administration tasks to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems;
Communicate effectively with clients, receive tickets, respond to them promptly, and solve technical problems;
Ensure a high level of support and customer satisfaction through diligent and effective service.
A minimum of 1-3 years of IT experience;
Proven experience in supporting end-user devices within an enterprise desktop environment;
Proficiency in Windows 10-11 administration, with knowledge of MacOS and Linux being desirable;
Understanding of endpoint security, including patch management, antivirus, and encryption;
Basic experience with end-user infrastructure systems such as Active Directory, SCCM, and VPN
Intermediate proficiency in English.
Fundamental networking skills;
Proven ability to multitask, effectively prioritize, and meet SLAs;
Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
