What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with 5 years of experience supporting VPs and Directors. You excel at prioritizing tasks, managing complex schedules across multiple time zones, and handling seamless travel logistics. With a keen eye for detail, you ensure accuracy in everything from document preparation to meeting coordination, while maintaining the utmost discretion with sensitive information. Anticipating the needs of the executives, you stay one step ahead, independently managing priorities and resolving conflicts diplomatically. You also contribute to company-wide projects, gathering data, preparing reports, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
• Experience managing schedules across multiple departments.
• Oversaw travel arrangements and logistics.
