Smilegate RPG seeks a seasoned General Affairs Manager (Team Lead level) with 12+ years of experience. Responsibilities include overseeing all legal and administrative affairs, managing assets (vehicles, equipment), office leasing and renovations, planning internal events, and providing comprehensive support to executives and employees. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, creative in problem-solving, and possesses excellent communication skills. Experience in the gaming or IT industry is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position in Seongnam, South Korea.
