The Office Administrator will coordinate office activities and operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include assisting the HR team, managing schedules and travel arrangements for management, handling correspondence and reception duties, supporting employee well-being, managing expense claims, tracking office supplies, and preparing reports and presentations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, excellent communication and organizational skills, familiarity with office management procedures, and proficiency in MS Office. A degree in office administration or a related field is preferred. The role requires close collaboration with various departments, including department heads and management.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
● Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
● Assist the HR team with general HR administrative work
● Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the management or team
● Manage general correspondences and reception duties (guests, letters, packages etc.)
● Support office management for the wellbeing of employees
● Manage claim verifications and submission of company expenses
● Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
● Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
● Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements:
● Proven experience as an office administrator, personal assistant or relevant role
● Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
● Excellent priority management and organizational skills
● Familiarity with office management procedures and meticulous in heavy travel management
● Good knowledge of MS Office and office management software (if any)
● Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
● At least a degree in office administration or relevant field
● Possess the right aptitude and able to communicate and work closely with inter departments,
including the department heads and management
● Able to start work immediately is preferred

Budget: $3000 – $4000
