Ceragon Networks is looking for a Customer/Partner Portal Administrator to manage their Magentrix PRM system. This role involves maintaining portal operations, optimizing content through cleanup and reorganization, and implementing naming conventions for better usability. The administrator will upload, categorize, and manage new content, establish processes for retiring outdated files, and monitor portal activity to identify improvements. Responsibilities include providing first-level user support, collaborating with Marketing and Partner Program Managers, creating user guides, and managing user roles and permissions within the PRM system. The ideal candidate will stay updated on PRM platform features and contribute to governance policies.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience administering SharePoint Admin & Metadata
  • Experience with reporting and analytics within a PRM system
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage large volumes of digital content
  • Experience developing and implementing information architecture
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles in a web portal environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using content management features within a PRM or similar system
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • English Proficiency - C1/C2 level

About the Role:

Ceragon Networks is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Customer/Partner Portal Administrator to manage and optimize our portal, built on the Magentrix PRM system. This role is critical in ensuring our employees, customers & partners have seamless access to the resources and information they need to succeed, fostering a positive and productive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer and partner relationship management principles and hands-on experience administering a PRM system, with a focus on content organization, data hygiene, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the customer/partner portal, ensuring its efficient operation and accessibility for all customer/partners
  • Lead initiatives to clean up existing portal content, including reviewing, reorganizing, and archiving outdated materials
  • Implement a clear and consistent naming convention strategy for all files and resources within the portal to improve searchability and usability
  • Upload, categorize/tag, and manage new content and resources provided by internal teams. Ensure that all content is uploaded with the appropriate permissions, so that employees, customers and partners have access to the right resources.
  • Establish and manage a process for retiring old or irrelevant files and ensuring that users always have access to the most current information
  • Monitor portal activity and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement in content organization, navigation, and overall user experience
  • Provide first-level support to users regarding portal access, navigation, and content discovery
  • Work closely with Marketing leadership personnel and Partner Program Managers to understand content needs and ensure the portal effectively supports the partner program
  • Assist in the creation and update of user guides and training materials for users on how to effectively use the portal
  • Implement and manage user roles and permissions within the PRM system to ensure appropriate access levels for different users types
  • Stay informed about updates and new features of the PRM platform and recommend ways to leverage them to enhance the portal
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of portal governance policies and procedures

Job Requirements

Skills & Experience:
