As a Lead Producer, you will be the craft lead and act as a producer for agile multi-pod teams to achieve extraordinary results. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will foster collaboration and clear communication while driving strategic initiatives and refining processes. Your expertise in managing resources, mitigating risks, and aligning cross-departmental efforts will be pivotal in delivering high-quality gaming experiences. 

Your Impact

    • You are a player-coach. In this role, while you are not the manager, you will be leading the production team and will mentor, coach and foster collaboration amongst all producers. Your role owns:
    • Operational effectiveness across the game studio
    • Managing and optimizing the team’s agile workflow and organization
    • Defining and refining the studio's planning process and strategy
    • Setting and raising the bar for operational standards across production practices
    • Managing and mitigating risk and uncertainty so that features are delivered on time
    • Collaboration in a cross-functional team environment with developers, designers, and QA
    • Creating a player-centred team culture with a vision that everyone has bought into
    • Owning initiatives, partnering with the agile organization, to improve production processes and interdepartmental communication
    • Leading and supporting your squad, while also supporting the producers with their squads
    • Quarterly planning

About You

    • Effective communicator who is able to advocate for solutions with senior leaders and cross functionally
    • Strong experience in planning and managing projects, assessing risks, and updating plans to meet goals, in an agile environment
    • Proven ability to design, and pivot a large team towards operational excellence, getting buy in along the way
    • Experience in resource management, including allocation, forecasting needs, and addressing blockers
    • Leadership experience in managing production teams and fostering collaboration in a multi pod cross-functional team, within a F2P mobile game environment
    • Expertise in defining and refining planning processes and strategies
    • Deep understanding of the game feature development lifecycle from pre-production to post-launch
    • Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools, with a preference for CAS-S1 education
    • Experienced in change management, successfully guiding teams through transitions and transformations
    • Strong capability in leading and mentoring team members, developing their skills and fostering professional growth
