The Role
You will be a part of a company of super-achievers who work together to bring forth the evolution of entertainment. The ideal candidate has prior blockchain, experience, excellent people skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic. We want someone with experience and passion for web3, cryptocurrency, and NFTs. We would love someone with a deep passion for games, strong product management skills, and an impressive track record for working in a fast-paced, evolving, creative-minded environment.
Responsibilities
- Create a natural flow and progression within a level to ensure a seamless player experience.
- Ensuring that the design elements align with the game’s overall theme and narrative.
- Ability to manipulate 3D models, textures, and materials for use in levels.
- Having basic drawing skills to better communicate level concepts visually.
- Documentation of levels, from their concept to the final product.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Skills to import, place, and configure assets within Unity.
- Strong sense of aesthetics to create visually appealing environments.
- Having an organized work ethic, based on standardized names, folder hierarchies, etc.
- Ability to design compelling and functional layouts that guide player movement and interaction.
- Comfort with refining and revising levels based on testing and feedback.
Nice-to-Have Skills and Qualifications
- Being able to learn new tools and techniques as required by the project.
- Understand fundamental concepts of 3D art, including modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation.
- Ensuring levels are optimized for performance across different hardware configurations.
