Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate delivery schedules;
- Timely resolve customs and transportation/delivery issues;
- Arrange cargo/container pickup across European countries;
- Track shipment status;
- Guard KPI’s for quality, cycle time, on time collection and deliveries;
Essential Skills and Experience:
- MBO+ equivalent;
- 2+ years of experience in fulfilment, logistics or transportation;
- Intermediate user of MS Excel and other Office programs;
- Intermediate understanding of EU customs brokerage/HS classification;
- Process and service-oriented mentality;
- Fluency in English required;
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with E-commerce and parcel service;
- Experience with ERP systems; Oracle;
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central.
