Machine Learning & AI ADAS Applications Senior Staff Engineer

As a Qualcomm Software Application Engineer, you will provide technical expertise of software systems through technical presentations in support of business development, product demonstrations, design and development of customer specific requirements, commercialization, and maintenance of Qualcomm products. Qualcomm Engineers collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to address questions, issues, debugging, or troubleshooting regarding software systems and applications.

Main Responsibilities

Deep Learning Algorithm research, SOTA ADAS model performance Benchmark, AI application intergration, AI framework Intergeration.
Leading team to complete the ADAS project with partners for mass production.

Skills / Experience Required 

1. Good knowledge for software development and debug.
2. C++/Python/Java programming experience.
3. Be familiar with one or more AI frameworks like Tensorflow, Pytorch, ONNX.
4. Be familiar with major machine learning and deep understanding for deep learning like CNN, LSTM, RNN, Transformer, LLM, know how for computing benchmark test like MLPerf.
5. Be familiar with major AI accelerator chip architecture , like GPU card or data center experience.
6. Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
7. Experience as team leader for project management is a plus
8. Experience with ADAS project is a plus
 

Education Requirements      Degree  Major, GPA, Courses

BS in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronic, Information Systems, Computer Science, Maths or related field, MS preferred.
