*Responsibilities:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, experience.
• Proficiency in system design, integration, and implementation, with a strong understanding of data
security and privacy standards.
• Strong knowledge of Workday functionality, configuration, security, reporting, and integration
• Proven track record of implementing innovative technology solutions, with a focus on cloud-based
HR information systems, contact center technology, self-service tools, and artificial intelligence
platforms, that drive business value and improve the employee experience.
• In-depth knowledge of HR operations management policies and practices, including benefits,
retirement, workforce mobility, employee support, and executive services.
• 5 years in a senior leadership role in HRMS/HRIS Administration with Workday.

• Good to have Certification in Workday HCM and other specialized modules
*Preferred skill sets
• Knowledge and experience in Workday HCM Integration
*Year of experience required
• Should have relevant experience of 5-6 years as workday exp in any of the enterprise solutions in
ERP / CRM and HRMS space
• Should have more than overall 9+ years of experience of working in such
large project implementation/support projects
*Educational Qualification
• BE/BTech /MBA
• Desirable: workday HCM certification
