You will lead a cross-functional creative team in delivering high-quality, innovative, and effective content that connects with players and amplifies the game's global presence.
What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, user acquisition, and game development teams to craft and refine marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize creative strategies.
  • Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team consisting of designers, animators, writers, and marketing professionals to develop compelling content that enhances player engagement.
  • Drive innovation in advertising, ensuring the game’s marketing materials remain ahead of industry trends and are both engaging and high-performing across all platforms.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all touch points, including digital media, trailers, social media, and in-game integrations.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform creative decisions, continuously optimizing campaigns based on player feedback, performance metrics, and market trends.
  • Lead the production of high-impact trailers and other video content, with an emphasis on storytelling and cinematic presentation that resonates with the target audience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including creative agencies, developers, and IP holders, ensuring the successful execution of creative projects.
What You Need:
  • 7+ years of experience in a senior-level creative role, with proven expertise in digital advertising, marketing design, and creative direction, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including high-quality trailers, digital campaigns, and branded content for AAA or high-profile games.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, and to articulate creative concepts and strategies clearly.
  • Experience managing external creative agencies, ensuring high-quality output and efficiency in production processes.
  • A deep passion for gaming, with an understanding of player behavior, motivations, and how to craft content that appeals to a diverse gaming audience.
Bonus Points:
  • Proven experience working on AAA, cross-platform games, or large-scale entertainment properties.
  • Expertise in producing CGI trailers and understanding the 3D creative pipeline, from conceptualization to final output.
  • Knowledge of real-time consumer data, A/B testing, and how to leverage insights to optimize creative performance.
