Overview

• Music Producer/Music Master Production Director for anime works planned, produced, and invested in by our company.

(Examples)

• Production/song planning and production for artists, anime-related artists, and voice actors.
• Song planning and production for anime theme songs and background music.
• Song planning and production for character songs and image songs related to anime works.

• Music Producer for original IP.
• New artist/voice actor development and A&R for artists/voice actors released by our company.
• Planning, production, and release of music content for digital distribution/CD/BD/DVD.
• Live event planning and production.
• Assistant Producer related to the above (expected to transition to Producer after gaining proficiency).
• Other incidental duties.

Required Skills

• Must have experience in one of the following five areas:
• ① Music planning and production (or assistant) related to anime, video works, or games.
• ② Artist A&R (or assistant) at a record company/label.
• ③ Live event planning and production (or assistant).
• ④ Music artist management.
• ⑤ Practical work related to planning and production of other music/video works or programs.

Desired Abilities/Experience

• Experience as an anime music producer.
• Experience working at a record company/label.
• Experience working at a music production company, writer's agency, or music publisher.
• Experience in CD/Blu-ray/DVD production.
• Experience in coordination with various rights holders (e.g., original creators, copyright holders, artist agencies).

Annual Income

• *Set according to experience and ability*

Contract employee (expected to be promoted to regular employee after 3 or 6 months)

• Assistant Producer: 4,000,000 - 5,500,000 JPY
• Producer: 5,000,000 - 7,500,000 JPY
• Chief Producer: 6,000,000 - 10,000,000 JPY
