Responsibilities • Design and implementation of core features in critical infrastructure systems, including but not limited to AI Infra, cloud compute and networking, etc. • Research on cutting-edge technologies and technology trends in cloud infrastructure areas, from both academia track and industry track. • Experiment and build PoCs to verify some new technologies or innovative ideas. • Improve performance, scalability and availability of our cloud & AI platforms, including compute stack and networking stack.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - PhD degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience - Good understanding of cloud & AI infrastructure, including both compute and networking - Proficiency in Linux-based development and at least one programming language (e.g. Python, Golang, C++) - Good communication, self-motivation, good engineering practice and documentation Preferred Qualifications - Experience with designing and building large scale cloud infrastructure systems - Experience with at least one of the following areas: - Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) core components, such as networking virtualization, NFV, cloud gateway etc. - Network hardware offloading with DPU/IPU/FPGA/ASIC and P4 programmable network. - Network protocol optimization, such as congestion control. - Machine learning based intelligent networks. - Having publications on top tier networking conferences is strongly preferred. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $137750 - $237500 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
