Job Details

The role: Office Coordinator – (Part-time)

Are you a hands-on, people-first person who loves creating warm, organised, and energising spaces? We’re looking for an Office Coordinator to be the heart of our Brighton studio. We’re looking for someone who keeps things running smoothly and makes everyone feel welcome from the moment they step through the door.

This is a part-time position (60%) - Monday and Friday and then the rest is flexible

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll play a key role in building a physical and fun office experience where people genuinely love to come to work. Whether it’s brewing the first pot of coffee in the morning, keeping the space tidy and well-stocked, or organising moments of joy throughout the week—you’ll bring the magic.

We’re a gaming studio that knows how to balance fun with focus—and we’d love for you to bring your own creative ideas for social activities and seasonal celebrations.

Warm welcomes

  • Greet colleagues and guests with a smile and a cuppa.
  • Organise daily treats like breakfasts and Fika (our headquarters are in Sweden so we like to adopt their snack policies!), plus lunches out and afterwork get togethers.

Keeping things running

  • Maintain a clean and tidy studio environment. Clean out the coffee machine etc
  • Order office supplies and coordinate with the landlord on practical matters (fobs, fire alarm tests, first aid, etc.).

Daily office setup

  • Arrive before 9am (ideally 8:45) to get the day started—lights on, coffee brewing, and the space ready to go.

Team and admin support

  • Help arrange internal meetings and support with travel or admin when needed (in collaboration with our Stockholm team).
  • Assist with onboarding: make sure new hires have a ready-to-go desk and a warm welcome.

Moments of joy

  • Bring your own sense of fun and life to the office with flowers, sweet treats, and creative seasonal events.

Your skills/experience:

  • You’ve worked in a service role before, maybe as an office coordinator, event coordinator, receptionist, or in hospitality and you have at least one year of experience.
  • You're confident using the Google Office suite of tools (or equivalent).
  • You’re highly organised, self-driven, and enjoy taking ownership of your tasks.
  • You’re proactive and detail-oriented - able to spot what needs to be done before being asked.
  • You have a positive, can-do attitude and love helping others.
  • You’re always looking for ways to improve how things are done.
  • You genuinely enjoy interacting with people and go the extra mile to create a great atmosphere.
  • Most importantly, you like to have fun and spread joy around the office!

Perks and Benefits:

  • Generous company bonus
  • Company mobile phone and contract
  • Favorable pension and private health insurance package
  • Flexible work hours
  • Seasonal kick-offs
  • Gym allowance
  • Generous learning and development budget
  • Monthly After works
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Company wide carbon off-setting and CSR initiatives
