About the Role:
The purpose of this role is to program manage all operational aspects related to manufacturing high-volume cutting-edge energy management products in the USA. This includes NPI, product transfers and day-day operational elements at our US manufacturing facilities. This is a highly cross-functional role responsible for collaborating across different functions in the organization to achieve the program objectives identified for each program. In addition, this role also will be responsible for establishing and managing program governance structures, and own and drive communication to senior management on program progress, risks and deliverable status.
What you will do:
Lead all NPI and product transfers from existing manufacturing sites to US manufacturing locations.
Manufacturing point of contact to drive cross-functional teams to achieve the objectives of the program.
Manage component material availability and support material procurement for bottleneck operations.
Drive Capacity Expansion programs for the US factories across all product lines.
Support global procurement teams for component localization activities and simplifying the supply chain.
Track and manage finances for US manufacturing (create budgets, manage variances, track accruals)
Present Weekly and Ad-hoc Status Reports to Enphase Management on Program progress.
Be the de-facto operations leader for miscellaneous projects in US factories.
Who you are and What you bring:
B.S. Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or other suitable educational background or work experience; M.S/MBA and PMP certification preferred
8 plus years of Manufacturing and/or Program Management Experience is required. Direct experience in electronics manufacturing is preferred.
Knowledge on supply chain operations, demand and capacity planning .
Familiar with Electronics Manufacturing, and Mechanical Assembly Processes.
Good Influencing Capability on Vendor Side to Drive External Factory Operations.
Work with Microsoft Excel, PPT, Word.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $140,000. This salary range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions. This position is also eligible for bonuses, equity, and benefits.
