Job Description

As a Pension Consultant, you will collaborate with colleagues to maintain and develop our customer relationships, onboard new clients, and ensure that the deliveries we promise to customers are in line with their expectations. The work involves contact with customers' HR departments & payroll providers, insurance companies, and other partners. Your responsibilities will include being part of a customer team in larger customer projects, handling incoming questions about pensions, insurance, and benefits from both customers and their employees, proactively working with insurance companies to ensure that employees have the right benefits and are correctly insured, and driving and participating in improvement projects to ensure efficient handling of customer matters.
Must have:
  • Relevant academic education
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Structured and responsible, respects deadlines and maintains high quality
  • Solution-oriented, quick learner, and able to work in multiple systems
  • Curious about our customers and has a penchant for new solutions
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Good to have:
  • Experience in a similar role within pensions and insurance is highly meriting

I denna roll kommer du att arbeta med att hjälpa våra globala kunder samtidigt som du skapar och underhåller relationer med både interna och externa samarbetspartners.

Om tjänsten

Som Pensionskonsult kommer du tillsammans med kollegor underhålla och utveckla våra kundrelationer, implementera nya kunder och säkerställa att de leveranser vi lovat kunderna sker i linje med deras förväntningar.

Arbetet innebär kontakt med kunders HR-avdelningar & löneleverantörer, försäkringsbolag samt ytterligare samarbetspartners.

Exempel på uppgifter i tjänsten:

  • Vara en del av ett kundteam i större kundprojekt

  • Hantera inkommande frågor kring pensioner, försäkringar och förmåner från både kunder och dess anställda.

  • Proaktivt arbeta med försäkringsbolag för att säkerställa att anställda har rätt förmåner och är rätt försäkrade.

  • Driva och delta i förbättringsprojekt för att säkerställa effektiv hantering av kundärenden.

  • Relevant akademisk utbildning

  • Kunna kommunicera obehindrat på svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.

  • Strukturerad och ansvarstagande, du respekterar deadlines och håller en hög kvalité på allt du gör.

  • Lösningsinriktad, har snabb inlärningsförmåga, har förmågan att arbeta i flera system parallellt, är prestigelös och trivs med att samarbeta med andra. 

  • Nyfiken på våra kunder och har fallenhet för nya lösningar. 

  • Goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office och framförallt i Excel.

  • Det är starkt meriterande om du tidigare haft en liknande roll inom pension- och försäkring.
