The Crown Is Yours

As a People Operations Associate, you will support the People Team in managing employee lifecycle events, with a focus on onboarding and Week One orientation. In this role, you’ll create a best-in-class new hire experience by leading engaging orientation sessions, coordinating logistics, and driving a consistent and welcoming start to each employee’s journey. You’ll collaborate with employees, managers, and internal stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements that strengthen operational excellence and elevate the employee experience.

What you’ll do as a People Operations Associate

• Facilitate onboarding and orientation in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring a seamless start for new hires across regions.

• Execute and audit Workday HCM transactions, maintain documentation, and uphold data integrity through routine checks and service ticket resolution.

• Use case management tools to respond to employee and People Team requests, and communicate effectively to drive operational efficiency.

• Build strong stakeholder relationships and support process improvements by leveraging data and understanding cross-functional HR dependencies.

 

What you’ll bring   

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1+ year of experience in HR or similar field, ideally in a growth-oriented environment.

• Exceptional presentation skills, and demonstrated experience with public speaking.

• Strong business acumen including problem-solving, collaboration, and adaptability.

• Ability to be on-site at our Boston Headquarters every Monday.

• Workday HCM experience preferred.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 56,000.00 USD - 70,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
