The Performance Specialist accelerates adoption of Google's AI Performance Ads products. Working with Sales teams, this role advances customer strategies for Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaigns. Responsibilities include identifying business growth opportunities, partnering with Sales on AI product adoption, developing strategic pitches for product adoption, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to translate business objectives into AI-driven product expansion. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles. They'll be a thought leader in the Google product and competitive landscape, working with advertisers, agencies, or clients to drive lead generation and improve customer strategy.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with senior leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience using product and domain expertise to increase product adoption.
  • Experience identifying and recommending new processes, procedures, and methods for product adoption strategy, addressing future needs by partnering and collaborating with regional partners/stakeholders.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Experience with lead generation.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and functions to address customer needs and grow the business.
  • Ability to be a thought leader of Google product and competitive landscape.

The Performance Specialist team accelerates adoption of Google's AI Performance Ads products. In partnership with Sales teams, you will be responsible for advancing our customers' strategy and execution of Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen for Performance campaigns. You will partner with Product teams to influence the Performance Product roadmap and GTM to scale across sectors and regions.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute business/product strategies within functions to specific clients to meet desired outcomes.
  • Identify business growth opportunities within the market and for customers, and work with internal stakeholders to determine and drive business growth, potential of opportunities, and marketing efficiency, and the incremental investment recommended to achieve customer business outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales teams on AI powered product adoption strategy across a book of customers.
  • Develop strategic pitches to influence product adoption and business growth in the Tech B2B space against team priorities: AI Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen for Performance.
  • Work with senior level stakeholders to translate their business objectives into AI driven product expansion and capture feedback to inform product roadmap.
