On behalf of FEELD, GT is looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager who is interested in the dating domain.
Founded in 2014 as a dating app, Feeld gathered millions of users in one place to create a safer and more inclusive space online for everyone open to experiencing people and relationships in a new way. Their mission is to elevate the human experience of sexuality and relationships and create a world where everyone is more intimately connected to each other and themselves.
You will be responsible for data across the marketing domain, which comprises brand marketing, Performance marketing, and CRM & Lifecycle. This is a player-coach role, meaning we are expecting the individual to remain fully hands-on while also coaching a team.
To be right for this role, you should have experience in an analytics role in marketing, deep knowledge of martech and adtech, and excellent commercial acumen.
Marketing measurement and experimentation:
Develop, own, and grow the measurement paradigm for marketing to be around incrementality and ensure everyone across the company lives and breathes it
Elevate the experimentation practice across marketing to establish a continuous learning mindset
Ensure that all of our marTech and adTech tools are configured properly and we take full advantage of all their capabilities
Collaborate with BI to ensure consistent reporting across marketing channels
Strategy, growth, and optimization
Help marketing leadership build and grow the marketing strategy
Identify growth opportunities for Feeld across markets and channels. Help capitalize on those opportunities to help grow the business
Drive the optimization of acquisition channels by developing a robust reporting infrastructure and conducting in-depth analyses for paid (e.g., social, display) and organic channels (e.g., SEO, ASO, CRM).
Team leadership:
You are responsible for the ROI of data across the marketing team and ensuring the domain works on the highest-impact initiatives
You are responsible for growing and developing the team professionally and being a bar-raiser in terms of the quality of work and outcomes
Experience in marketing analytics and measurement in a digital or app-based environment
Strong analytics skills with experience in data analysis and statistical tools (SQL, Python, R)
A deep understanding of the marTech and adTech landscape and knowledge about the latest trends in the industry
Strong background in experimentation and comfortable running various marketing experiments across different marketing areas and channels
Has experience working as a marketeer themselves in either performance marketing or CRM
Experience in managing a team while remaining hands-on in a player-coach role
Experience with the modern data stack (e.g. Snowflake, DBT etc.)
Experience with marketplace business models
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Structured and a track record of managing projects or initiatives
