As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will lead all business development efforts within the LATAM region. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing business development strategies, engaging with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for the OKX platform. You will work closely with various teams, including institutional teams, product, engineering, and legal. Key tasks involve identifying sales opportunities, building client pipelines, and ensuring prospects meet OKX's standards. You will also provide client feedback to senior management and product teams. This role requires strong communication skills, regional market understanding, and a proactive approach to driving business growth.
Must Have:- Support the Global Institution Team in daily operational work.
- Identify and drive institutional sales opportunities.
- Develop client profiling to replicate success.
- Define and evaluate new revenue streams.
- Close high-value sales opportunities.
