This Product Operation Management Internship at Tencent Overseas IT involves assisting in the development of departmental goals, project planning, progress tracking, and milestone organization. The intern will participate in meetings with international partners, prepare summaries, aid in resource allocation for Asia-Pacific projects, and contribute to organizing technical exchange events. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a basic understanding of project management concepts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in project management and the tech industry, and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Singapore.

We seek a passionate IT Ops Intern to work closely with our Overseas IT and various business teams. This position will promote OIT products & events by unlocking the potential of digital graphic technology. Our IT team aims to provide the best DAY 1 experience for new Tencent employees and daily experience for all users.



We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in project coordination and international collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of departmental goals and contribute to project planning
  • Support the team in tracking project progress and help organize key milestones
  • Participate in meetings with international partners and help prepare summaries
  • Aid in resource allocation for Asia-Pacific projects under supervision
  • Contribute to the organization of technical exchange events

Who We Look For

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong interest in project management and the tech industry
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Interest in cross-cultural communication
  • Basic understanding of software development processes
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
