Job Description

gTech Ads Solutions seeks a Media Account Specialist fluent in English and Korean. Responsibilities include understanding Google YouTube Ads, developing client media strategies aligned with business goals, managing services across the Google Ads platform, partnering with product specialists, and collaborating on product knowledge building. The role involves working with vendors, sales teams, and internal/external practitioners. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a professional services role within digital advertising, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze data and build compelling narratives. This position is based in Seoul, South Korea and is part of a global team ensuring customer ROI and a trusted partnership with Google.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years digital advertising experience
  • Fluent in English and Korean
  • Client relationship management
  • Google Ads platform expertise
  • Data analysis and strategic thinking
Good to have:
  • Experience with technical aspects of digital advertising
  • Experience working with product teams
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and campaign optimization

Job Details


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a professional services role (e.g., Marketing Analytics, Marketing Consulting, or Product Management) in digital advertising.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with the technical aspects of digital advertising and experience working with product teams on scalable business solutions.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and campaign optimization.
  • Ability‌ ‌to‌ ‌think‌ ‌strategically‌ ‌and‌ ‌analyze‌ ‌the‌ ‌needs‌ ‌of‌ ‌stakeholders, as well as work through ‌ambiguity.‌
  • Ability to work with data sets to build compelling insights or narratives.

Responsibilities

  • Build an understanding of Google YouTube Ads.
  • Develop insight into the client’s business goals and lead/guide a holistic media spend strategy.
  • Manage services across Google Ads platform from vendor operations between global vendor support and in market sales.
  • Partner with the in-market product Specialists team to help clients utilize the efficiencies across Google Ads.
  • Collaborate in building product and solution knowledge through product training/workshops for internal and external practitioners.
