■職務内容
・PS5およびPS4のシステムソフトウェアにおけるPlayGoと呼ばれるゲームダウンロード・インストール機能の開発を担当
・新規要件や機能追加リクエストに対してソリューションを検討して基本設計を行う
・社員や協力会社メンバーとともに詳細設計・実装、単体・結合テスト、リリース後のサポートまで、一貫して行う
・開発に際しての他チームとの調整・摺り合わせを行う

PS5, PS4をはじめ歴代のPlayStationのシステムソフトウェアの開発に取り組んでいる職場です。
主にゲームのダウンロードやインストール、起動に関わる一連の機能を担当しており、東京拠点だけではなく米国拠点の開発・運用チームおよび他のチームと連携しながら業務に取り組むグローバルな職場です。最先端の技術を持つベンダやゲーム開発者とやり取りすることもあります。
PlayStationのシステムソフトウェアでは数多くのモジュールがあり、開発を進める上で関連モジュールとの課題の洗出しや対応案の作成など、他チームとの密な協働のうえで業務を実施しております。
1億台以上のゲームコンソールと、1億以上の月間アクティブユーザのゲームプレイを支える基盤技術の開発を担当する非常にやりがいのある業務であり、PlayStationの将来に向けて新たな挑戦を日々続けている部署になります。エンジニア冥利に尽きること必至です。 

■求められる実務経験領域・経験年数
[必須(must)]
・C++による開発経験、あるいは、オペレーティングシステム開発経験 4～5年以上
・製品レベルのソフトウェア開発経験


■求められるスキル・技術領域
[必須(must)]
・C/C++/C#言語プログラミング全般の知識
・ネットワークプログラミング
・マルチスレッドプログラミング

[あれば尚可(want)]
・スクリプト言語（Python/JavaScript など）の知識
・ファイルシステム
・SDK開発
※専門的な知識は必要に応じて習得していただきます。

■求める人物像
・自分でアーキテクチャ設計、詳細設計、コーディングを行うソフトウェア開発のプロフェッショナル、或いはそれを目指す方
・課題解決のアプローチを自分で切り拓ける方
・積極的にコミュニケーションできる方

■語学力
［英語］
・英語での口頭でのコミュニケーションおよび読み書きには抵抗感がないことが必要

［日本語］
・日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上が望ましい
