Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive technical vision, strategy, and architecture aligning with business objectives.
- Lead R&D efforts, exploring emerging technologies and evaluating their applications for system enhancement.
- Lead the design of highly scalable, fault-tolerant systems, making critical architectural decisions.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to multiple engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams, effectively communicating technical concepts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, focusing on scalable system design and development.
- Mastery in various programming languages, frameworks, and deep knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
- Proven ability to provide strategic technical leadership, mentor teams, and influence organizational direction.
- Profound analytical skills to address intricate technical challenges and innovate solutions.
- Exceptional communication abilities to engage stakeholders and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
