  • Understanding of RPA governance and best practices.
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with programming/scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with API integrations.
  • Igaming experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented team player to join our dynamic Process Improvement team. This is more than a traditional process analyst or RPA developer role; it is an opportunity to be at the forefront of operational transformation at LeoVegas. You will be instrumental in analyzing, redesigning, and automating business processes, leveraging established RPA techniques while actively exploring and implementing cutting-edge AI technologies, including agentic AI, generative AI, and other automation solutions.

Your mission will be to drive significant improvements in efficiency, quality, and scalability across the organization. This role requires the successful candidate to be analytical, deep understanding of process methodologies, passion for emerging AI technologies and RPA experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design innovative solutions, and ensure their successful adoption, directly contributing to LeoVegas’s strategic objectives and helping us "design the future of work".

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, a change catalyst, and a lifelong learner, eager to push the boundaries of what's possible in intelligent automation

 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

 

The responsibilities for this role are designed to bridge current process optimization needs with the strategic imperative of adopting future AI technologies. This reflects a path from established automation practices to pioneering new frontiers.

        Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop business cases for automation and process improvement projects.

        Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath.

        Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions, ensuring their continued effectiveness and identifying opportunities for further optimization.

        Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, particularly agentic AI, generative AI and other emerging automation technologies relevant to business process optimization.

        Implement best practices for automation development, including governance, security, and exception handling.

        Conduct code reviews and unit testing to ensure high-quality automation solutions.

 


OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
 

        2+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development, preferably with UiPath, it would be an asset

        Experience in process analysis, design, and automation development.

        Understanding of RPA governance and best practices.

        Familiar with programming/scripting languages would be considered as an asset

        Familiarity with API integrations

        Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple projects.

        Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

        A strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies, particularly in the rapidly evolving fields of AI and automation.

        Igaming experience is not required, but would be considered as an asset
