Job Description
Larian Studios seeks a Producer (Audio & Animation) to contribute to the creation of their next generation of RPGs. Responsibilities include managing feature groups from inception to completion, organizing and overseeing assigned teams, translating feature ideas into actionable plans, tracking progress, and advising on priorities and quality. The role requires analyzing data, creating reports, resolving issues, prioritizing tasks, managing bug reports, and communicating with internal and external teams. Experience with technical production and managing global/local teams is essential.
Must have:
- 5+ years AAA game dev & production experience
- Technical production experience
- Global/local team management
- Excellent communication & reporting skills
- Problem-solving & prioritization skills
- Familiarity with audio/animation systems

As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Producer (Audio & Animation) to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.
Responsibilities:
- Help manage feature groups from start to finish, and ensure delivery
- Help organise and follow up on the assigned teams and feature development
- Help analyse and translate new features and ideas into requirements and action plans
- Help track work and progress and react accordingly
- Help set up and update high level roadmap and planning of the assigned teams and feature groups
- Identify and set up useful reports for the team
- Play the game and assigned features to advise and assess priorities, progress and quality
- Based on the status of features, advise and reprioritise, rescope
- Unblock, solve or escalate issues, remove distractions
- Prioritise, reprioritise, handle requests
- Filter, prioritise, interpret, analyse and help assign bug reports
- Communicate and align with third parties, internal management, and other departments
- Assist in creating and implementing processes that will improve quality and efficiency
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in game development and game production in AAA.
- Experience with technical production
- Experience managing global and local teams
- Good English communication, writing and reporting skills
- Voice of reason and the reality check in the room
- Problem solving skills, going into finishing mode, identifying correct priorities
- Speaks the language of programmers and game developers that work with audio and animation systems.
- Working with computers is second nature
