Job Description
The Product Manager will lead the evolution and modernization of Sitecore Experience Platform products. They will organize, prioritize, and assess the work of scrum teams, create epics, user stories, requirements, and manage tickets across the platform. Responsibilities include maintaining the team backlog, supporting technical writing and documentation, balancing production issues and product development, and driving iteration goals. The role requires a deep analysis of product functionality and technologies. The candidate will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Project Management teams. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring Sitecore delivers engaging digital experiences for its clients.

About the Role:
We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Management team and help us lead the evolution and modernization of our Sitecore Experience Platform products. Working closely with Product, Engineering and Project Management, the Product Manager is responsible for organizing, prioritizing and assessing the work of one or more scrum teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Complete deep analysis of product functionality, features and technologies to help figure out the answers to technical and product questions
- Create epics, user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria, and manage tickets across the platform
- Maintain the team backlog
- Support the technical writing and documentation process
- Balance production issues and product development velocity
- Drive iteration goals and content
What You Need to Succeed:
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a technology-focused business
- Proven experience in writing high-quality user stories
- The ability to orchestrate gathering and/or defining business and technical requirements.
- Technical background with knowledge of software development and agile processes
- The technical expertise required to conduct in-depth analysis of a product and its technical aspects
- Proven ability to collaborate and drive cross-functional engineering teams
- Excellent communication skills and have the ability to easily engage with Customers, Senior Management and Engineers
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
- Experience working in analytics or MarTech (e.g. Mobile Marketing Platforms, CRM, Email or Optimization Tools) is a big advantage
- Experience working as a Marketer is an advantage
- Experience working with the Pragmatic Framework for Product Management
