As a Product Marketing Manager at Powtoon, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive user growth and engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and design, to understand the market and develop compelling messaging and positioning. Your responsibilities will include translating management's vision into great products, conducting customer segmentation, defining and understanding the target customer persona, optimizing the customer experience and key KPIs through onboarding, retention and upselling, and writing compelling product- and micro copy across all marketing channels. You will also define customer use cases and work with marketing, creative, and product teams to address them.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing
  • Experience in SaaS, web and mobile products
  • Experience in B2B products
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong execution capabilities
  • Highly motivated with a positive outlook
  • Native/Excellent English (written and verbal)
Good to have:
  • Experience in both product management and product marketing
  • Experience with open platforms and marketplaces

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and design, to understand the market and develop compelling messaging and positioning. 

Key responsibilities:

  1. Translate management’s vision into great products.
  2. Conduct customer segmentation, define and understand the target customers persona, and collect and analyze customers' needs.
  3. Optimize the customer experience and key KPIs through onboarding, retention and upselling.
  4. Be the subject matter expert for customers’ needs, market and competitive landscape.
  5. Write compelling product- and micro copy across all marketing channels, with a focus on product. Your words will bring our brand to life and connect with our B2B audience.
  6. Define customer use cases and work with marketing, creative and product team to address them
  7. Assist in the development and optimization of customer communications, funnels, onboarding materials and tutorials.
  8. Develop Go-to-market strategy including pricing, packaging, launch, growth etc.
  9. Build business cases and present to management

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing– MUST
  • Experience in both product management and product marketing a strong advantage
  • Solid experience in SaaS, web and mobile products. Experience with open platforms and marketplaces- Must 
  • Experience in B2B products –MUST.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – MUST.
  • Strong execution capabilities
  • Highly motivated, with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude
  • Native/ Excellent English - written and verbal- MUST (ALL content writing, interviews, communications and meetings are only in English)
