M2 Animation Studio is looking for Production Coordinator for our studio in Bangkok

Our 450+ M2 family is a wealth of multicultural talents and consists of more than 20 nationalities from all over the world. Our range covers from storytelling to design, from modeling to texturing, from camera layout to animation and lighting, and from effects to color grading. Right now, M2 Animation is looking for Production Coordinator to contribute on a CG TV Series for a top client. Our teams produce a variety of series-format animation: Tween, 2D, preschool etc.

The Position:
As a Production Coordinator you must be able to effectively manage, review and understand the basics of workflows in the production of animation, and help to organize and prioritize the assignments with the supervisors. Our new Coordinator should work closely with project-based producers, directors, managers, and other coordinators to log and prioritize incoming requests and creative/technical needs for their projects.

This position is open for residents of Thailand respectively.
 
Skills and Technical Knowledge Requirements:
Help different department heads with effective incoming and outgoing communication.
Keep open communication/updates with supervisors, artists, and production managers to make sure everyone knows what is going on, and is working smoothly together.
Schedule the tasks and deadlines for your teams, balancing production and supervisors’ needs. (You will be the one providing updates, priorities, schedules, and status of all assets and shots to artists, production and the management).
Organize weekly/daily sessions with production and animation crews, take notes, and make sure the notes are handed out correctly to the stakeholders. Documentation is very important task.
Learn the best solutions for any problems that arise, and always keep looking ahead to try and prevent them from repeating.
Bring a friendly atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork within your own and other departments.
Since we work in Shotgun, statuses and task assignments must be updated and maintained.
A good understanding of written and spoken English is required.
Terms of employment, salary, and benefits will be individually negotiated.
