Job Description

This job involves working on printed circuit boards (PCBs) for Axon. The role requires assembling PCBs, troubleshooting issues, and improving production processes. Responsibilities include regular assistance to the Production team with assembly and manufacturing tasks, creating and maintaining documentation, identifying root causes of failures, and implementing corrective actions. The technician will also support the implementation of validation rules with the QA department and address technical issues, along with frequent validation checks. The ideal candidate will be mission-driven, collaborative, and possess strong communication skills.
Must have:
  • Degree in engineering, Electronic, or comparable qualification.
  • Experience with diagnosing and repairing PCB components.
  • Well-developed communication skills.
Good to have:
  • Skilled with CRM systems and Jira.

Your Impact

This job involves working on printed circuit boards (PCBs). You will assemble them, solve issues, and enhance production processes to create top-notch products. You will also help our Production team run smoothly.

Location: Kassel, Germany
Reports to: Firas Haddad, Production Manager

What You’ll Do

  • Your role involves regularly helping the Production team with assembling and manufacturing tasks.
  • Tasked with troubleshooting. Create, revise, and keep up-to-date documentation, reports, procedures, and guides.
  • Identifying and analyzing the root cases of failures and implement corrective actions, diagnosing PCB components, wirings and soldering.
  • Support implementing the validation rules in Production, along with QA department.
  • Processing enquiries and working closely QA department to address technical issues, HW engineers to conduct frequent validation checks for impound and received materials.

What You Bring

  • Degree in engineering, Electronic , or comparable qualification.
  • Experience with diagnosing and repairing PCB components, wiring ,soldering, and using diagnostic tools and testing materials.
  • Well-developed communication skills with the ability to inspire and inspire others.
  • Mission driven, outcomes focused, collaborative and team-oriented.
  • Self starter, structured and transparent working style.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English
  • Skilled with CRM systems and Jira.
