The Worship Creative Project Leader is primarily responsible for leading the Worship Creative team toward collaboration through effective communication. This role will focus on active and upcoming projects to meet necessary timelines and deliverables. This role is responsible for leading project initiatives that support the direction, and efforts of their team to outcomes that further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.At Life.Church, we exist to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. What You’ll Do
- Provide oversight to multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring proper attention is placed on projects in order of their importance.
- Collaborate with Director of Operations with event planning.
- Manage Team travel arrangements by booking flights, reserving hotels, coordinating transportation, and creating travel itineraries.
- Support Central Ministry Leader of Worship Creative with campus resourcing efforts.
- Support Worship Creative budget.
- Assist in maintaining team calendar and project calendars to support scheduling efforts.
- Assist in collaboration with campus and central teams, communicating expectations, ensuring next steps to keep projects viable and completed on time.
- Being proactive in owning logistical tasks such as budget needs for projects, tracking, reporting, decisions, and approvals, and communicating to Central teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
Skills Needed to Succeed
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in order to foster relationships and partnerships
- Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions and solve problems
- Maintain flexibility and initiate the creation of new processes and project strategies
- Ability to manage conflict and differing opinions while maintaining composure
- Strong leadership skills and understanding of developing and guiding others
- Ability to take a great vision and turn it into reality through strategic execution
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of work-related experience
