Join Saxo's dedicated team in Financial Crime Surveillance and Fraud Prevention, part of the 1st Line of Defense located at Saxo’s headquarters in Hellerup.
As a Project Manager you will pay a vital role in our continuous efforts to fight financial crime, through the implementation and strengthening of controls, ensuring both compliance with regulatory requirements and effective risk mitigation. Our team is diverse and experienced, and we are looking for new colleagues to join us.
Your focus will be on a variety of projects and activities, requiring understanding of financial crime risks including money laundering, tax evasion, and terrorist financing, and how these effectively can be mitigated. Effective communication across organizational levels and seniorities is crucial, as is the ability to make requirements to projects and controls understandable and operational. Given Saxo's global presence, a global mindset is essential.
You will also be tasked with the regular reporting of operational performance towards stakeholders, within the domains of Financial Crime Surveillance and Fraud Prevention.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the definition and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with relevant stakeholders
Facilitate collaboration and communication, organizing and managing workshops and meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Ensure stakeholders’ needs and expectations are understood and addressed
Provide regular updates on progress and outcomes of ongoing and completed initiatives
Reporting of operational performance towards stakeholders
Your profile
Thriving in an ever-changing environment while maintaining a keen eye for detail is essential. Skilled in driving projects across a global organization, you ensure good collaboration and progress through excellent stakeholder management skills. A relevant educational background and/or experience with Financial Crime operations and processes is required. Experience from financial crime prevention will be an advantage, including work with risk identification and mitigation. Presenting and reporting to senior management is part of your skill set. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial, and proficiency in English at a professional level is necessary.
