Job Description

As a Key Account Manager specializing in cardiovascular ultrasound equipment, you will serve as a knowledgeable expert responsible for sales, device demonstrations, and providing user guidance and applications for our clients in Denmark. With a professional and service-driven mindset, you will strive to offer optimal solutions to your customers, who comprise physicians and sonographers operating within both public and private healthcare settings.

Your role will be to:

  • Promote and sell Philips healthcare ultrasound cardiology solutions to our customers, effectively showcasing product benefits and features.
  • Cultivate and maintain productive, long-term relationships with customers, fostering trust and credibility in your interactions.
  • Embrace Philips behaviors and ensure an efficient One Philips approach by collaborating across functions including Sales, Marketing, Service, IT, and Supply Chain.
  • Manage and develop sales opportunities to achieve and surpass sales goals, including planning and executing clinical evaluations, product demonstrations, and trainings.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies, create account strategies aligned with customer priorities, and drive key account sales plans.
  • Keep the sales funnel and contact information continuously updated in CRM, providing monthly forecast reports.
  • Gather and report insights on new trends, clinical developments, and competitive activities, collaborating with the team to position solutions that address evolving market demands.

You're the right fit if you:

  • Have experience in the healthcare sector with a relevant degree such as radiography, sonography, health technology engineering, or physics.

  • Possess knowledge of ultrasound equipment and cardiology, with familiarity in clinical technology and potential experience in sales or user guidance for imaging or medical technologies.

  • Are fluent in both Danish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Are customer-oriented, driven to achieve results, and enjoy collaborating with a team of experts.

  • Are willing to travel within Denmark as required for the position.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
