The Quality Manager will lead quality inspection teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives at the Flower Mound, TX distribution center. Responsibilities include managing the Quality Team, optimizing inspection processes, tracking KPIs, initiating Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA's), ensuring compliance with ISO standards and R2v3 certification, and collaborating with stakeholders. The role requires leading teams, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring product and process quality, while aligning with business objectives. The manager will also be responsible for training, coaching, developing, and performance-managing team members and communicating process changes, quality outcomes, and team performance to leadership clearly and effectively.
Must have:
  • 3-5 years of experience in quality or warehouse leadership.
  • Knowledge of quality systems, sampling methodology, and process control.
  • Experience in communicating with auditors and regulatory agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Good to have:
  • Background in wireless or insurance industries is a plus.
  • Lead Auditor Certification or ISO-certified internal auditor experience preferred.
  • R2v3 certification experience is an asset.
  • Lean Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certifications.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and reporting tools

We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team at our distribution center in Flower Mound, TX.


In this role, you will play a critical part in leading quality inspection teams while driving continuous improvement initiatives. The primary responsibility of the Quality Assurance Manager is to effectively plan, coordinate, manage and control all of the quality and safety activities of the Likewize Flower Mound facility, including the management of the Quality Team, as well as working closely with the Toronto operations team. You’ll ensure the highest levels of product and process quality, while implementing solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and align with key business objectives.


Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and manage Quality Inspection Teams to deliver operational excellence

  • Train, coach, develop, and performance-manage team members to improve performance and accountability

  • Optimize inspection processes for both new and existing products, driving consistency and accuracy

  • Use data to track KPIs, SLAs and team metrics while identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Holding teams accountable to results.

  • Ability to identify and implement improvements in workflows, procedures, and structure to drive cost efficiency

  • Own and deliver quality reporting — including updates, monthly dashboards, and senior-level briefings

  • Develop and lead employees in the transition to a culture of accountability

  • Provide feedback as necessary in accordance with established quality policies and standard operating procedures while maintaining a high level of fairness and uniformity

  • Initiate CAPA’s (Corrective and Preventative Actions) and follow-up to closing with root cause findings

  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, internal protocols and EHS regulations.

  • Maintain compliance with R2v3 certification

  • Responsible for helping maintain training/onboarding program

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on goals and execution

  • Support safety and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements

  • Provide input on strategic planning initiatives related to operational excellence and continuous improvement

  • Communicate process changes, quality outcomes, and team performance to leadership clearly and effectively


If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills and/or experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in quality, operations, or warehouse leadership roles

  • Background in wireless or insurance industries is a plus

  • Strong knowledge of quality systems (AQL/MSS), sampling methodology, and process control

  • Lead Auditor Certification or ISO-certified internal auditor experience preferred

  • R2v3 certification experience is an asset

  • Experience in communicating with auditors and regulatory agencies.

  • Successful record of passing ISO audits

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

  • Lean Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certifications

  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and reporting tools
