Job Description

This role involves developing and implementing strategies to increase insurance sales through the promotion and sale of Nissan Insurance products within the Distributor Network. Responsibilities include achieving sales objectives, maintaining client relationships, collaborating with various departments, creating strategies with distributors, improving distributor profitability and client satisfaction, identifying opportunities, managing incentive payments, training the sales force, and preparing weekly reports on sales progress and prospective clients. The candidate must have experience in sales of cars, financing, and/or insurance, and in generating sales strategies and have experience in field sales.
Must have:
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in car/financing/insurance sales
  • Experience in generating prospecting, promotion, and sales strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in administrative areas, marketing, or industrial engineering
  • Skills in data collection, database management, analysis, and reporting
  • Negotiation skills
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency
Good to have:
  • Insurance Agent License (desirable)

Desarrollar e implementar estrategias y actividades que incrementen la venta de seguros, mediante la promoción y venta de productos y servicios que provee Nissan Insurance en la Red de Distribuidores

Responsabilidades:

Dar seguimiento a los objetivos de ventas otorgados por el Sr Manager y Director.

Mantener una adecuada relación con los Clientes e incrementar la cartera de Nissan Insurance

Mantener comunicación e interacción con las áreas de Planeación, Post Venta, Mercadotecnia, NRFM, etc

Generar estrategias y planes de trabajo en conjunto con la Red de Distribuidores

Mejorar la rentabilidad del distribuidor y la satisfacción al Cliente.

Identificar oportunidades y comunicarlo al área de estrategia

Gestionar y dar seguimiento a pago de incentivos al distribuidor. 

Capacitación y apoyo a la fuerza de ventas de las agencias

Elaborar el reporte de avance, prospección, forecast y estatus de Clientes prospectados para presentarlo semanalmente al Sr Manager y Director.

Requisitos:

3 a 4 años de experiencia en venta de autos y/o financiamientos y/o seguros. Generación de estrategias de prospección, promoción y venta (preferentemente) de productos y servicios financieros. Experiencia comercial en campo.

Escolaridad: Licenciatura en áreas administrativas, Mercadotecnia, Ingeniería Industrial, etc. 

Habildades blandas: Capacidad para recopilar y organizar datos, trabajar de manera efectiva con bases de datos complejas, realizar análisis e informar y aplicar resultados. Skills de negociación

Habilidades técnicas: Administración, Estadística, Economía, Conceptos Operatividad Financiera, Mercado, Competencia, TCO (Total Cost Operation), Técnicas de Venta, MS Office – Avanzado 

Certificaciones: Cedula de Agente de Seguros (deseable)

Idiomas / Lenguas: Inglés - Avanzado
