Job Title: Render Wrangler

Location: Mumbai

Must Have : 

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of the lifecycle of a VFX show
• Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent years of experience
• Ability to handle a fast paced, occasionally high pressure environment
• Willingness to work very flexible hours when schedules require
• Experience working in Linux/Unix environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in dealing with both technical and artistic groups
• Experience with wrangling render jobs with priorities in the queue system
• Understanding of meeting the project goals while monitoring the render farm’s health and status on a regular basis
• Experience with maximizing the render farm’s resources
• Monitoring experience for rendering quality and quantity and makie the required corrections when needed
• Experience with troubleshooting and monitor infrastructure and render farm issues. Escalate problems to the respective teams

• Analytical and data reporting skills

• Render tasks estimation experience
• Ability to provide disk and data resource management services
