Expectations/ Requirements
1. Preparing reports to highlight issues and problems and distributing the reports to the relevant people based on audit observations
2. Determine gap in operations by establishing standard processes using accounting standards
3. Collecting operational data from various sources for books keeping and entries
4. Identifies financial status by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts
5. Improves financial status by analysing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to concern teams.
6. Reconciles various type of transactions by comparing and correcting data
7. Strong track record of driving Receivables Management in a B2B arrangement
8. Hands on with Management Reporting and MIS requirements.
9. Close co-ordination with Business team and other Internal stakeholders for timely dispute closures
10. Performing timely checks and raising alarms on stuck issues
11. Person should possess good analytical skills and should be able to drive process improvements for productivity enhancement.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
1. Must have experience in large amounts of records handling for enrich, filter, modify using any tool
2. Must understand principle of Revenue assurance and reconciliations
3. Must have in-depth understanding of revenue assurance standards
4. Should understand RA control and KPI design and execution
5. Should have experience in reporting, data mining and analytics
6. Good Analytical bent of mind with significant amount of exposure in revenue assurance domain
7. Must have understanding of SAP Fi module and good hands-on Excel, Access, SQL
8. Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations.
9. Team Management experience is preffered.
