invenioLSI is seeking an experienced and talented FICO Senior Consultant with a proven track record in SAP FICO implementations, upgrades and AMS support. As a FICO Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to meet our client’s business needs. The ideal candidate should have exceptional consulting skills, deep technical expertise in SAP FICO, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams. You will provide expert guidance and support for SAP FICO module enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all FICO-related issues, troubleshooting, and resolution. You will work on Change Requests/GAPs and Change Management process. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand financial processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend SAP FICO solutions. You will stay current with SAP best practices, industry trends, and upcoming releases to recommend innovative solutions.
Must have:
- 6 - 8 years of hands-on work experience as an SAP FICO Senior Consultant in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong exposure in Financial Accounting i.e. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger accounting, Taxes, Cost center and Profit center accounting, Asset accounting, Bank Accounting, Controlling.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Expert understanding of Interfaces, IDocs, eDocument.
- Should be able to read and debug ABAP program.
- Should have knowledge about FICO integration with MM & SD Modules, Project System, COPA, Banking - EBS & DME.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices.
- SAP certification in FICO is highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Good to have:
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time.
- Ability to independently handle client communication/interaction (over Zoom/Teams calls and emails).
- Should be customer facing with good presentation skills.
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
- Understanding of business processes for focus area or module.
- Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Understands business functionality related to SAP module/application as well as can identify and understand touch points between modules.

SAP Skills
