As an SAP Logistics Associate Managing Consultant, you'll implement, manage, and optimize SAP solutions (MM and SD modules) for clients. Responsibilities include designing and configuring MM modules, customizing SAP, developing functional specifications, analyzing business processes, conducting stakeholder workshops, providing ongoing support and maintenance, troubleshooting issues, ensuring system integrity, developing training materials, managing projects, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. You'll gather requirements, design solutions, configure/test, support UAT, and manage production deployment, including custom objects. The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, along with a deep understanding of SAP logistics and best practices. You will be interacting with UK-based clients and need to be able to work UK hours from India.

Role – SAP Logistics Associate Managing Consultant
Summary
As SAP Logistics Associate Managing Consultant specializing in the core Materials Management (MM) modules + Sales and Distribution (SD), you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing SAP solutions to meet the logistics needs of our clients. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities   
  • Design, configure, and implement MM modules to meet client requirements.
  • Customize SAP modules according to the business processes and needs.
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team to implement custom solutions.
  • Analyze and document current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide SAP best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the SAP SD and MM modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP logistics modules.
  • Ensure system integrity and stability by performing regular system checks and updates.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and system configurations.
  • Manage SAP logistics projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Ensure seamless integration between SAP SD, MM, and other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO).
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate system configurations and enhancements.
  • Should be able to independently interact with business users from the UK region over MS Team calls to gather requirements or understand existing issue.
  • Should be able to independently gather requirements from business users, design solution, configure / test, support for UAT and be responsible for production deployment of the same including custom objects. 
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in core SAP MM module with working knowledge of SD module.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization.
  • Experience with 3rd party system integration including IDOC monitoring and troubleshooting. 
  • Extensive experience in preparing Configuration, Functional Specification (FS), and Functional Unit Test (FUT) documentation.
  • SAP certification in MM module.
  • Working Experience with UK-based clients.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

  • This position requires working in UK hours from India offshore.
