About Role:
Saviynt Education Services is responsible for designing, building, curating, maintaining, and improving technical enablement programs based on our products. We are looking for a Senior Training Manager to spearhead the planning and implementation of critical learning initiatives for our worldwide customers, partners, and internal employees. As part of this role, you will lead a team of curriculum developers, instructional designers, graphics designers, and media producers responsible for building technical training courses on various Saviynt products in various modalities, such as instructor-led, e-learning, on demand, and hands-on labs. You will also manage and lead parts of Saviynt’s official Certification Exam development programs. Driving engagement activities to improve performance and retention is critical to this role. This role reports to the Senior Director of Saviynt Education Services.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    • • Lead a team of curriculum developers, instructional designers, graphics designers, and media producers responsible for building technical training courses on various Saviynt products in various modalities, such as instructor-led, e-learning, on-demand, and hands-on labs.
    • • Coordinate with content creators, instructional designers, media producers, and technical SMEs to ensure smooth execution of content development projects.
    • • Execute projects as per the defined roadmap and priority order.
    • • Conduct daily project calls with the team members to get status updates on running projects.
    • • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the training projects align with the business and functional goals.
    • • Provide regular updates and reports on project status, milestones achieved, and potential roadblocks to the project team, various cross-functional stakeholders, and Sr. Leadership.
    • • Monitor programs, implement feedback mechanisms, and address any concerns or issues within the pre-defined SLAs.
    • • Monitor performance, collect, and analyze data to recognize and resolve process inefficiencies and potential problem areas that might impact multiple workstreams.
    • • Analyze data to assess the impact of the learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
    • • Ensure project delivery meets high-quality standards and adheres to defined best practices.
    • • Perform regular reporting on key training and certification program-level metrics.  

WHAT YOU BRING

    • Skills Required-
    • Solid understanding of training development tools such as Camtasia, Synthesia, and Articulate 360 is desired;
    • Demonstrated project management skills; Team management skills; strong attention to detail; excellent oral and written communication skills; fast decision-making capabilities; very good technical and data analytics skills; strong interpersonal skills; event management, teamwork, cross-functional collaboration; and client relationship management.

    • Qualification Required:
    • • B. Tech/BE (Computers/Electronics) is desired for this role.
    • • 5+ years of experience as a Curriculum Development Manager or Training Manager in a high growth, dynamic environment is desired.
    • • Should have hands-on experience with the latest content development methods and have led highly motivated teams to build curricula in all modalities.
    • • Should Have managed training teams responsible for generating revenue from content.
    • • Working knowledge of eLearning technologies, such as authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate) and design/development tools (e.g., SnagIt, Camtasia, Screen Flow).
    • • Experience utilizing multiple channels and tools to support a broad array of learners and learning objectives, such as digital learning (videos, e-learning, online tools), virtual instructor led training, instructor-led training, job aids, gamification, simulations, and assessments.
    • • Driving engagement activities to improve performance and retention is critical to this role
    • • Excellent project management experience, with proven ability in rapid development and quick turnaround of training deliverables.
    • • Experience managing content on Learning Management Systems (LMS).
    • • A good understanding of Cloud technologies and enterprise software space is desired.
    • • Experience in tracking and reporting revenue/invoicing data for paid training offerings.
    • • Should have a strong business sense and ability to create, communicate, and achieve a vision.
    • • Experience formulating and implementing training/performance improvement strategies, technologies, methodologies, and procedures for standardization and delivery throughout the organization.
If required for this role, you will:
- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):

> Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy
> Incident Response Policy/Procedures
> Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures
> Mobile Device Policy
> Account Management Policy
> Access Control Policy
> Personnel Security Policy
> Privacy Policy
