SimpliSafe is seeking motivated individuals for seasonal Contact Center Security Specialist roles to assist inbound customers in finding home security solutions. The position involves converting leads and building relationships during the peak holiday sales season. The role requires strong communication and active listening skills to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. Successful candidates will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, focusing on value-based selling, and contributing to SimpliSafe's mission of securing homes. Seeking an exciting seasonal opportunity? Join the SimpliSafe Sales Team and help inbound customers find the perfect home security solutions. 

  • We're looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills to convert leads and build relationships as we go into our peak, holiday sales season. 
  • Starting pay is $22 per hour. 
  • Commission-based incentive plan.
  • Limited paid time off.
  • Plus, remain an employee in good standing  for the full commitment of your seasonal role (typically 4-5 months) and receive a $500 bonus at the end of your time.  (Must work Black Friday, Cyber Monday, have no performance and/or attendance issues and remain employed through 12/13/25 to be eligible.) Employment is at will and is subject to termination by you or SimpliSafe for any reason or no reason.
  • This opportunity is also fully remote (Potential for conversion to full-time based on performance and full-time position availability).

Job Description

Our Sales Team is growing for our peak sales season, and we're looking for motivated and ambitious self-starters who are looking for seasonal career opportunities!. We are looking for charismatic and skilled sales professionals to convert inbound leads to active customers through value-based selling.  As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing customers. The role requires active listening skills and a strong sense of confidence to communicate effectively to a wide demographic of people across the country.

**Must be eligible for certification as an electronic security employee, which requires submitting your fingerprints to the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) for use in conducting a national criminal records search and a Virginia criminal history search and final certification approval from DCJS.**
