Job Description

The Senior Associate, Global Product Solutions role at Google involves collaborating with sales teams to identify business growth opportunities, gathering information on sales strategies and product knowledge gaps, and developing effective narratives for sales teams. This role requires close work with sales and global team leaders to equip sellers with product knowledge and expertise. The successful candidate will share customer and product feedback with central and product teams, influencing product roadmaps to align with customer needs. Responsibilities also include identifying key challenges, unlocking growth opportunities, and developing scalable solutions. Partnering with Product Management to influence product roadmaps and monitoring key metrics are crucial. The role also includes facilitating internal and external trainings and pitching priority products to strategic customers. This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 4+ years in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g. pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales).
  • Strong project management skills, especially experience managing complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Exceptional ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support their position.
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving with demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both practitioner and exec-level contexts.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Google sales teams to identify potential business growth opportunities.
  • Gather information on common objections, successful strategies, product knowledge gaps, and more.
  • Work closely with sales and global team leaders to develop effective narratives. Leverage resources to equip sellers with in-depth product knowledge and expertise.
  • Share customer and product feedback with central and product teams to ensure the product roadmap aligns with the needs of GCS promoters and customers. Collaborate with Sales and Global PSA to identify key challenges, unlock growth opportunities, and develop scalable solutions across industry challenges.
  • Partner with Product Management and central teams to influence product roadmaps and ensure they reflect the needs of Google Customer Solutions customers. Monitor and report on key drivers/metrics. Facilitate and run internal and external trainings. Introduce/pitch priority products to strategic customers
